Excavator Armor? Is any of it broken or missing?

There was a bug a while back that would really inflate the PA carry weight... and do other weird stuff.. is it back maybe?

if you were on Xbox I'd be glad to help you out. Hopefully someone sees this and lends a hand. I know there's a bit of a "hard stretch" before you hit 50 where you're always out of everything. It gets better!

hmm. I'm assuming you've actually "learned" the plans, right? not just bought them? have to ask. Were they actual underarmor plans or just mod plans? (shielded, protective, etc.) Only other thing would be if you're hitting the "show only stuff I can build" button inside the workb...

I actually managed to pull the fabled Pepper Shaker plans one time. Honestly not that blown away by it. It's cool and all but meh, its not that great.
